Hello, my name is Daniel Kong, and welcome to my page!
In 2019 I was working as a software engineer 👨💻 making $85,000 a year. That same year I read a little book called “Rich Dad Poor Dad” that changed my life.
With no prior real estate experience, I started learning about and investing in real estate on the side. In 3 years, I was able to completely replace what I was making at my engineer job with PASSIVE INCOME from rental properties. 🏡
Ever since then, it’s been a passion of mine to help others do the same thing, and reach financial freedom through real estate investing. 🚀 I TRULY believe this is the BEST opportunity for normal folks like you and me, who don’t come from money, don’t have a background in finance or real estate, and often are just struggling to get by.
